Do these tiles require sealing before layingOur Advice

Hi Alan, It is not essential to seal these tiles, however, it can be beneficial to help maintain the tiles' best condition. If you did want to do so, we'd recommend the below product: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-porcelain-tile-protector Kind Regards, Walls and Floors

Are these tiles suitable for outside step and not slippy. Do you have these tiles in bullnose. Our Advice

Hi Karen These tiles are suitable for use outdoors, including steps. I am afraid there is not a matching bullnose tile for this range, however, they are a full-bodied porcelain so the same colour all the way though if you have an exposed edges, or you could use a tile trim thats suitable for outdoors. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Do these tiles need to be sealed? Also, what size spacer would generally be used when laying? Thanks! Our Advice

Hi Marc No, it is not a requirement to seal these tiles, but we do sell LTP Porcelain Tile Protector which will help to keep them clean. For floor tiles, the minimum recommended grout line is 3mm but you can have a wider one if you wish. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Can these tiles be used on open steps? In other words, would the tile edges look ok if they are exposed? Our Advice

Hey Darren, I can confirm that these tiles are full-bodied porcelain and, therefore have a continuous colour throughout. The exposed edges wold look all okay. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors
