Hi, are the tiles completely plain and smooth? Also, what colour grout is used in the photo please, and do you do a black border tile that would work with this. Our Advice

Hi Vicky, The grout used in the image is the Norcros 4 Into 1 Steel Grey. However within this range of grout we now provide samples, so it would be advisable to obtain a sample of the tile and a selection of the grouts before making your final decision: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/norcros-4-into-1-grout The tiles are smooth gloss. In the past other customers have used the black tile from the same range to produce a single tile border, or have gone for the Chelsea Dado or Pencil Strip: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/linear-tiles-black-gloss-linear-tiles https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/chelsea-border-tiles-chelsea-black-150x50-border-tiles https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/chelsea-border-tiles-chelsea-black-pencil-strip-150x15-border-tiles Regards Walls And Floors

I require a white grout with this tile for this bathroom area and wet room, what should I use? Do I need a waterproof grout? Our Advice

Hi Colin, All cement based grouts are water resistant as opposed to waterproof but are still suitable for all domestic situations. For best performance in wet conditions, something like the Anti-Mould Grout would be advisable. For additional protection and longevity, an application of the LTP Grout & Tile Protector will give an additional repellent barrier: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/anti-mould-flexible-tile-grout-white-anti-mould-tile-grout-3kg https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-grout-tile-protector-sealer Kind regards, Walls and Floors

Need to replace cracked tiles in bathroom, are these tiles ok in a wet room? Do they need to be sealed, does the grout need to be protected? What would you recommend? Our Advice

Hi Colin, These tiles are suitable for walls in both dry and wet areas. They are ceramic so do not need sealing, however the grout will benefit for an application of the LTP Grout & Tile Protector, to help against staining and mould growth: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-grout-tile-protector-sealer Kind regards, Walls and Floors
