Q & A

Can I put these on a tiled wall or do I need to remove the tiles first? Our Advice

Good Afternoon Frank, Thank you for your query. Yes this shouldn't be a problem as long as the panels aren't being installed in a wet area. However if you are planning to install in a wet area, we would recommend using our Trepanel aqua waterproof panels. -https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/trepanel-aquar-waterproof-smoked-oak-brown-wood-effect-slat-panels-6-pack-covers-2-88sqm Kind regards, Walls and Floors

How do you fix these on the wallOur Advice

Hi Dawn, You can either use 38mm Matt Black Screws, or Panel adhesive which goes on the back of the panel. Please see the Trepanel installation guide for further information. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

Is there a delivery charge? Our Advice

Hi Rose, Delivery fees are subject to value and postcode. We offer free delivery on orders over £399. However, certain surcharge areas are exempt from free delivery and may be subject to an extra charge due to the distance from our warehouse. Orders under this value, for our panels are subject to a £24.99 delivery fee as standard. Please see the link below for more information on this. https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/i/delivery-information Kind regards, Walls and Floors

hello , is there a sound rating on the wall panels so we have an idea of what the acoustic sound reduction would be Our Advice

Hi David, The sound absorption class if the panels are screwed or glued directly to the wall is class D. If they are fitted to wooden batons and the void between the panel and the wall if filled with fibre glass or rock wool, this will provide a sound absorption class B. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
