I have been searching for several weeks for a tile which has a Vintage look, with a faded, distressed pattern. I had found one through another company but the description and photographs did not match the actual tile when I sent for a sample. It was too dark. I sent for a full sample of the Tapestry Vintage tile, as featured above keeping my fingers crossed that I had found "the one". Your colleague was extremely helpful and, as promised, the tile arrived, very securely packaged, early the next day. I was kept well informed by both yourselves and the delivery company as to time of delivery etc. To say I was delighted would be an understatement! We are so pleased that we have decided to tile two walls in the bathroom as well as the floor in the tiles instead of plain tiles on the walls. The consignment arrived this morning and are now safely stored ready for fitting to go ahead this week. The bathroom fittings we have chosen are semi industrial and look amazing against the tiles. I have, in my searches on your site, spotted other tiles of interest and will be back on to you as we are refurbishing a very tired house we have recently purchased! I absolutely love these tiles. They not only look great, they are so practical and easy to keep clean. And they don't show every hair shed by my three big dogs like my previous flooring!

This is my 2nd review for this company, reason being firstly I have ordered twice and secondly as my first review I couldn't complete 100% positively. Since then and on my 2nd order they have been fantastic, my tiles are just incredible and when I did have an issue Amelia the customer service advisor called me immediately and has dealt with the issue positively in a polite and effective manner.
