For a 8mm tile what depth of straight edge trim should I use?Our Advice

Hi J Morgan Thanks for your query. For an 8mm tile we would suggest a 10mm trim. Kind regards Walls and Floors

How do you do a corner with this kind of trim. Are you able to cut the part that adheres to the wall at a 45 angle and then bend the outer piece which will be on show. Or will you just have to cut through the lot at a 45 and just line it up as best fit?Our Advice

Hi Kyle These trims only need cutting to whatever length is required. When you come to an external corner, cut the tile to sit flush with the wall end, apply the trim to the adjacent wall so the cut tile meets the back of the trim, and then continue with the tiling on the next wall. The image at the top of this will give you a better representation of their intended use: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/p-v-c-straight-edge-trim If you wish to discuss your project in more detail or to arrange samples or a quotation, please call our Sales team on 01536 314730 or request a call-back via the link below, and they will be more than happy to help you. https://ideas.wallsandfloors.co.uk/request-a-callback Regards Walls And Floors

This trim says it is for floors - would it also work for walls? Our Advice

Hi Alexandra, Unfortunately there has been an error, so thank you for pointing that out to us. They are actually a trim for walls only, so in answer to your question, yes they are suitable. We sincerely apologise for any confusion this may have caused. Kind regards, Walls and Floors
