Hi Winnie, These tiles are glazed porcelain so fine for use in wet areas. It is essential to ensure the substrate you are tiling onto is of sufficient construction for supporting the weight of the tile and adhesive. Due to the weight, these tiles cannot be installed onto plaster or plaster skim, but they can go onto unskimmed plasterboard or a tile backer board such as Hardie Backer. Hi Nina, These tiles are fine for all residential/domestic foot traffic and suitable for bathroom floors, the matt surface of these tiles gives a degree of slip resistance, but we would recommend you order a sample first though to make sure you the finish is suitable for your requirements.
